Mou Tod : Pork fried , Ingredient : You will require, • ½ Kilo of slide meat (Pork) • 3 coriander roots1 tsp. pepper • 4 cloves garlic4 tbsp • 2 Spoon of fish sauce • 1 Spoon of oyster sauces
Preparation 1. Use mortar and mince with all coriander root + cloves garlic 2. Put slide meat and all ingredient and fish sauces and oyster sauces and mixed and keep in refrigerator for 1 hrs. 3. Heat oil in pan and use middle of flame and put meat and expand for 3 minutes or until it it well done and reverse another side and wait until it well done 4. Put on empty plate serve with steam rice.
Green Curry Chicken :…..Ingredient : You will require, 1/5 Kilo cleaned chicken breast or thigh fillets 1 Tub of Curry creations green curry paste ½ Tub of capsicum 1 cup eggplant 2 cans of coconut milk coconut cream 2 tblsp. peanut or vegetable oil 6 leaves of holy basil or sweet basil 5 leaves of Kaffir lime leaves 1 dessert spoon sugar Preparation • Cut chicken in 1 inch pieces. • Thinly slice capsicum and eggplant • Heat oil in a pan or wok and fry the curry paste for about 3-5 minutes or until fragrant. • Add coconut milk and bring to boil. Simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. • Add chicken and vegetables. Cook until chicken is tender and vegetables are crisp. • Add basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and sugar. • Simmer for just 5 more minutes and remove. • Enjoy this delicious green curry with Jasmine rice.
